Pre-tenancy, end of tenancy and after builders cleaning

Carpet and upholstery cleaning

• Prices for furnished and unfurnished properties are the same
• Light cleanings will be done after free quote. Minimum charge per visit is 60 GBP
• Prices are for properties with 1 bathroom. We will charge 20 GBP extra for each additional bathroom
• Prices for flats and houses are different because there are stairs in the house, which needs more time for cleaning.
• Cleaning of all inside and balcony outside windows is included in price. Other outside windows will cost 5 GBP extra per window and will be cleaned only if we have safe access to them.
• Cleaning of blinds is 5 GBP extra each
• Patio/garden/balcony cleaning - free quote.
• We will charge 10 GBP for keys collecting from different postcode
• You may cancel the scheduled cleaning no later than 24 hours prior to service. If you cancel or change the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or if there is no access to the property you have to pay 1/3 of negotiated price as a cancellation fee.
